A LITTLE DIFFERENTLY.
I've learned that some of the most important decisions in real estate happen before we ever walk through a front door.
Where you live, how much home you really want, what you're willing to maintain, who you want to be near and what the property may look like five or ten years from now can matter more than the features that initially catch your attention.
My role is to help you think through those decisions—and then find the real estate that fits them.
I UNDERSTAND THIS STAGE OF LIFE DIFFERENTLY NOW
The older I get, the more I think about time—not in years, but in how I want to spend them.
I watch my parents getting older. I think about the memories we've made, the years that passed faster than I expected, and how many things that once seemed so important really weren't.
And I find myself asking different questions now. Do I want more things—or more experiences? More house—or more freedom? Who do I want to be close to? What do I want an ordinary Tuesday to look like? And how intentionally am I using the time I have?
Many of the people I work with are asking versions of those same questions.
That's why I understand that a move at this stage of life isn't simply about finding a better house. It's about deciding how you want to live the years ahead.
The name Eb Stone comes from Ebenezer, meaning “stone of help.” For me, it has become a reminder of something I've come to appreciate more with time: none of us gets where we are entirely on our own.
I've worked hard for what I have, but I've also had people who believed in me, opportunities I didn't create entirely by myself, lessons that came at the right time, and much to be grateful for.
As I've gotten older, I've become more intentional about appreciating those things—and about what I do with the time and opportunities I still have.
Eb Stone represents my responsibility to be a source of help to someone else.
In real estate, that means listening closely, asking the questions that matter and helping people make decisions they'll be comfortable living with long after the transaction is over.
